First appointment.. what to expect???

I have my 1st appointment coming up, i’m so nervous.. what should i expect? what will they do or say? i’m so anxious about it i can’t calm down.😭. im about 7 weeks 2 days

My first appointment was with a nurse where they just went over our health history and the do and don't of pregnancy ( what to eat, what medication is safe...). This to about 30 mins. then I was asked to do blood work. The second appointment was with a doctor and took like 15 mins. very fast. introduced himself, told us about different genetic testing options, says my blood work was great, asked how I felt and did like a pap smear and looked at my lady bits to see if anything was abnormal. everything looked fine and he sent me on my way. booked appointments for my first scan and next appointment.

They get your medical history, discuss dos and don’ts of pregnancy and info about what to expect and who to call for what, urine test. Maybe a blood test and maybe an ultrasound.
