I put a 1/4tsp in my smoothies every morning when trying to conceive. It’s supposed to help regulate your hormones and improve fertility...I’m assuming it did!

I used it twice and never again. Idk if i used too high of a dose but when my period came. I literally felt like i was dying for two days.If you want to use it, start at a really low dose and do lots of research prior.
