13 days late

So I’m currently late on my period, I’ve been cramping for the past 2 days but no period. I normally have period bumps that pops up on my face but my skin has been very clear. Saturday afternoon I took a pregnancy test and it was negative, I took another Sunday morning with the very first urine and it looks like there’s a faint line but not sure if it’s a evap line. Help?
