Yes, it does. And I don’t care if that makes me a cold hearted bitch but its my sex life and I can feel however the fuck I want. If it’s not important to you then it’s not. To me it is. I like to be able to connect with someone on that level in sex and intimacy and this is something I need to accomplish that. 
I’ve had this issue with an ex. I literally couldn’t feel his penis it was like the size of a tampon and I tried everything. Different positions, sex toys, everything. No matter how hard I tried I was sexually frustrated because I was getting nothing out of it. I never let him know but god it was depressing. I couldn’t find condoms that stayed on his dick they all just hung off like a bag. It definitely does for me. My first boyfriend was 10 inches. After him it was hard to stay aroused if the guy wasn't well endowed. I once had a guy pull his dick out and it was so small o accidentally laughed. I felt terrible. Jacked him off and left, was not gonna waste my time.
