Does Anyone Else Get Phantom Cramps? 😖👻

Does anyone else get phantom cramps on nexplenon or any other birth control or just in general? When I get them it’s on the days I’m supposed to get my period but don’t and they are worse then any other kind of cramps I’ve ever experienced 😖😭
