Ovulation

The Glow predicts my ovulation day on the 29 woke feeling fine had sex that morning everything was fine till I woke up to use the bathroom after peeing I wiped and saw blood and thought hmmmm that’s strange and just thought it will stop later the whole day been bleeding but not much to only use a pant liner now um confused what’s going on.My period came 3 days late.is my period on or just a confusion I don’t know can someone had experience this please help
