Inversions are a yes or no for all you yogi mamas out there?

So my yoga practice is 100% self taught and has been a daily and intense part of my life for the past 3.5 years. I've come to love inversions (headstands, handstands, forearmstands) and they were always in my practice. I'm kinda of an addict. Nonetheless, when I learnt I was pregnant with a 5 weeks bean I stopped because I was scared after reading so many articles about miscarriage and such. Now at my 10.5 week mark I did a one 10 second headstand and boy do I miss these.

Now while I'm not going to go crazy and will listen to my body since I'm spending my energy elsewhere I'm very curious about other pregnant yogi mommas out there. Since I'm not part of a community is hard to get real living facts.

What did you do when you where(or are doing since you are) pregnant? Did you tone down inversions and arm/hand balances? Of course keeping in mind to not try new things when preggos.
