it just depends on a mans sperm count. I'd do every other day cause if you do every day and the man has issues he'll start shooting blanks.

From what I’ve read, it depends on the guys sperm count.. if it’s low count then it’s better to do every other day so it can build back up. My OB told me every other day from the day AF ends until the start of the next. But there is also different methods that say every other day until you get a positive opk then that day, and the next two days in a row - skip a day and then again. But you can get prego both ways..

I’ve always did the baby dance everyday during my Fertile week when we’ve conceived. I conceived on the third month with my Daughter and on the first with me now Pregnancy, our son. Best of luck
