I have extremely light periods. Like spotting for two or three days, barely filling a regular size tampon. I could really just use panty liners. My question is, is this affecting my fertility? Is my uterine lining even getting thick enough to support a baby?

I never have clots, I rarely have bright red blood, and cramps are to a minimum (I really only have lower back pain). The day before I start, I feel like I’m getting sick (headache, nausea, etc.).

Any help would be appreciated, and please let me know if you’ve had this same thing and gotten pregnant. I ordered some natural supplements to up my estrogen levels and have started walking everyday and doing fertility yoga poses.
