So I have never really been a breakfast person... occasionally on weekends we will make an egg sandwich/scramble/ pancakes etc but that’s about it. It has always made me feel kind of nauseous (even before I was pregnant). And I don’t like “quick” breakfast foods like yogurt, cereal, microwave breakfast, oatmeal etc.

What is something that you ladies who have a similar situation do to get yourselves to eat in the morning? What do you eat? I feel like I need to in order to get all the nutrients and calories in for a day but I’m just not that interested in food in the mornings 🤦‍♀️
