Anyone else’s family try to talk them out of getting an IUD? I mentioned to a couple family members that I decided to get one because I don’t want another baby for at least 3 years and possibly don’t want another one at all. Ever since, they’ve been trying to talk me out of it and sending me stories of people’s bad experiences with them. Even my husband tells me I should just go on the pill. I’ve decided I’m still going to get one, so I’ve just been ignoring them, but I’m curious if anyone else has had their family do this?
