Help me start temping please??

Question

So I am on cycle day 2 so I was wondering when I am suppose to start temping? After or during my period? 
Should I start the day after my last day on my period or what cycle day do I start. Im usually irregular but I am taking vitex and geritol (which both are the reason why I had a shorter cycle this round) so when should I start?
Help me please I want to do this right!

You can start now. Temp first thing in the morning, as soon as you wake up before you do anything (even before getting out of bed or talking). Put in the app and it charts it.
