My husband was on probation in another state before we moved. He got a dui for sitting in the car with the car off, but he had the keys on him so they said he had intent to drive. He violated his probation right at the end of it and got a petty theft charge. Now he is back in his home state to take care of all of this (since that is where the charge occurred)

He went to turn himself in and they couldn’t find anything, he called his P.O. in the morning and he said he forgot to turn the warrant in (6 months ago) so my husband went ahead and turned himself in even though the day before they said there was no warrant.

I found out I was pregnant the day he left. He has his arraignment tomorrow to figure out what is going to happen and when he will have a court date.

He made a stupid mistake and realizes it. I just hope he isn’t away too long. I want him home to care for me and the baby.

I know this is a lot and I don’t want judgment. I just want to know that it will eventually be okay.
