In 2017 6,036 baby girls were named Nora.
2,148 were named Norah. 
The social security website also has stats by state.
I personally met 2 preschoolers with the name in 2016 and I’m around Philadelphia.
While it’s technically common, I highly doubt that a Nora born in 2018 will go through the ordeal that previous Jennifers, Megans, Sarahs, Jessicas ect. went through since parents are getting more and more unique with names. 
Emma, the most popular name last year was given to a little over 1% of girls born that year. Decades ago the #1 name was given to close to 10% of girls born that year. 
I honestly would try to not let fear of popularity sway me away from a name I love. She’ll be fine. It won’t be as bad as when we grew up.

I don't know of any Nora's but I've seen it pop up on here a few times as a name idea recently so I think it may be starting to get popularity.   I love the name and may have used it if were having a girl but like you, I don't want a name that is too popular. 💕
