So, everyone’s favourite answer... it depends.
Unless you have complications like an incompetent cervix it isn’t dangerous to baby. You should also try to stick to a level of exertion where you can still say a sentence exercise (so not hitting 90%+ of your max hr).
Next is concern for you. While babe is still very small at 5 weeks and isn’t putting much weight or pressure on your pelvic floor it is something you should start to think about. For me, jumping isn’t worth the risk. Secondly you also already have relaxin going through your body and you may find your joints less stable, if you choose to do it pay close attention to how you feel your joints are handling the impact.

I played volleyball until I was 36 weeks pregnant with tons of jumping and never had any issues (except a sore vagina..) so you're definitely fine this early unless you have some serious complications!

Not sure, but I know your not aloud on a trampoline so I wouldn't recommend it.
