Time change and pill. Help!

I live in Texas and went on vacation for a week in New Mexico. New Mexico is an hour behind Texas! So I take my pill every morning at 7(in Texas) and when I was on vacation I took it at 6 every morning to stay steady with my pill. Was that right? Or am I overthinking
