breast feeding support

I am in the middle of weaning my baby. she seems ready, takes a bottle super well. I feel mostly ready but at the same I feel terrible. I feel like she still needs me or if when we stop, she wont need me anymore. For some reason its one of the hardest choices I've ever made and I feel so conflicted by it. I'm not sure what to do.

does everyone feel like this or does it mean I am not ready to stop? not sure what to do. looking for some support and guidance.
