4 days postpartum

I had a vaginal delivery 4 days ago and delivered a healthy baby boy! I tore on my left and right side and tore backwards too (1st degree) all in all the first few days the pain wasn’t as bad as I expected it to be! There wasn’t a lot of stinging and other than obviously being tender it was okay. Well now it stings to pee it stings whenever I bleed, I want to cry. Is this normal or is it a sign of infection? I use my peri bottle religiously, and use witch hazel and dermoplast as well. I’m just concerned cause the pain is getting worse not better!
