She has saved my life more times than I can count. I was going to drive into a lake last night but I made it home because I knew that I needed to say goodbye to her. I planned on downing at least 3 full bottles of pills.

The minute I came home, she was so incredibly happy to see me that I knew I just couldn’t do it. After a while spent crying on my floor with her licking away my tears and distracting me by making me focus on her, I only took half a Xanax to help me fall asleep.
