what could it be??

it's been 4 cycles now since I had my nexplanon removed in April. I had it for 5 years (2 rods) I wanted it removed early as we decided to ttc baby #2. the Dr said that I could get pregnant right after removal. I did everything she told me to do to ttc. now it's been 4 months and Every month AF shows up. I'm really starting to get concerned that the bc really fucked my body up. but my periods are just as normal as they were before my 1st child. so since I am having AF then maybe I'm not ovulating, but y would I have a period of I'm not ovulating...ugh it has been so hard and heartbreaking ttc baby #2. with our first we got pregnant right away we were young and having fun we weren't trying nor were We perventing...now that we are both done with school and have our careers and our ready for a baby it's just not happening. and I feel like giving up! I just don't know what to do! sorry about the long rant Im just starting to get real depressed.....
