Postpartum vagina?

TMI- I’m a little over 4 weeks postpartum and I finally got an actual good look down there.

Completely healed as far as I can see but all my attention was drawn to was thick, slightly raised white lines covering my entire perineum area and slightly up the side of my vagina. Very visible and obvious and kinda gross looking...

Will these ever go down or fade or am I stuck with this obvious scar tissue forever?

Also the way it was sewn up seems to have created weird lumps and bumps and folds and it honestly makes me want to cry?
