Weight loss

I am 17 years old and I weigh roughly 154 pounds. I’m 4 foot 11 inches and every pound shows. I have been working out since April (prom) and my measurements are the exact same. I have before and after pictures but I’m so nervous to share them. What are some of your weight loss tips? I’ve tried drinking the apple cider water mix but the taste just isn’t something I can get by. I need some tips. It’s my senior year and I want a glow up 😅😅
