Vasectomy failure?....

Hi guys 
My partner is 60 and he had a vasectomy 20+ year ago...does anybody know how possible it is for this to fail?
I had a one night with someone 2 days after we broke up on bad terms and 3 weeks later we are back together and I find out I’m pregnant.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated

If it's been 20+ years without it failing before, chances are it won't. I'm going to say it's one nighters baby.

If you’ve never gotten pregnant before, then I doubt it’s his. 
It’s mostly the one night stands.

Just the fact that he’s 60 AND had a vasectomy I would say chances are 0% that it’s his.

ask him to make an appointment to have him semen tested. if he isn't ejaculating sperm you know it isn't his. you'll know before the baby arrives

It can grow back over time and should be checked regularly. I have a friend who has a vasectomy child.
