Potty Training Help!!

My daughter will be 2 in September and we have been trying to potty train her. She does good.. sometimes she will go to her potty on her own and pee/poop there but lately she has been peeing or pooping in her diaper/panties then telling me. Any tips on getting her to tell me BEFORE hand?
