Abdominal pain

I’m 9 weeks postpartum. I’m at work tonight and all the sudden feel this sharp stabbing pain across my lower abdomen. It was so bad that I almost doubled over. It’s below my belly button but spreads from hip to hip. It’s not focused on one side or the other. I haven’t eaten anything abnormal lately. No change in bathroom habits either. Anyone have any idea what it is? If it doesn’t get better I will be calling the doctor tomorrow just thought I’d get some opinions.
