I need advice

So my period is 6 days late. I think i saw very light like super light blood when i went to go pee. Ive been feeling nauseous, i pee a lot, i have lower back pain and used to have light cramps. Has anyone have had these symptoms? And i also took a pregnancy test and it came out negative (btw i took it when i was on day three with a missed period) should i have waited?
