So I just picked my nephew up to babysit and he woke up with these rashes and blister like bumps? 
Any ideas?

Looks like the reaction my son just had. As a matter of fact the doctor gave him something to get rid of it. It could be a range of things. Make sure his mother is aware and she can decide what she wants to do about it.
