Swollen painful clit (no sex)

There is like an area around my actual cotton that is swollen and painful! Can’t really close my legs or walk straight. It was not like this until after I got from the beach and I haven’t had sex since may! I’m also up to date on my Pap smears. Anything similar? Should I go get emergency care or can I wait until my appt Monday?
