ideas to safely get baby walking?

My baby never really crawled just scoots and is 15 months and not standing on her own or walking. Our entire house is tile as hard as concrete and it's very uneven bc of the grout between tiles. her on the tile makes me so anxious and I feel like my anxiety is holding her back. I also have recently gotten her a helmet to help with that. Anyway the doctor gave me one month to get her walking..or I have to call him. What would they do if she's not?

If she’s still not walking, they would start her in physical therapy to help her along. Honestly I’m surprised your doctor wants to wait another month if she’s not crawling or pulling herself up at 15 months. The earlier interventions are started, the better. 
Also, I think adding a helmet might make it harder for her to balance and learn to walk. It’s a big object on her small body. All babies fall when walking and usually they fall on their butt. We have hardwood floors and my daughter has never gotten “hurt” while learning to walk. It’s all part of the process.

Take her out of the house! Parks, play spaces, whatever. Being out in the interesting world will also provide motivation to try to walk.

my daughter didnt stsrt walking on her own until about a month ago, shes 15 and half months now and she still falls all over the place. maybe getting some of those foam squares with the letters on them would be a good idea, or an area rug. but use some abby gates to keep her in a. designated area while shes trying to learn to walk and have something soft for her to use. it took my DD a while to walk because she was to scared, snd we were nervous she would fall over.

Use foam mats or rugs. I agree the helmet isn't a good idea, it is not natural and I doubt you'll put a helmet on her when she's outside where there is also concrete.  My entire house is tile as well and my child has never hit her head on the floor.

Can you get a play pen? they would keep any bombs on the floor from happening, and give your LO somthing to hold onto to kind of help them along

make her stand on your lap and hold her waist, as she gains strength hold her lower and lower. bounce while on her legs. always put her down on her legs, against a wall. we have tile also, I got a crawling helmet so I have no worries. my baby is 14 months and walking.

update: I meant to add she will take a few steps holding our hands, but gets tired quickly. She has also brought herself to standing a few times using a car toy she has. She does have a play pen filled with foam for safety. Her helmet is very light foam, and she only wears it outside the pen as she scoots about. Idk I feel like she'll get it soon, hopefully. Has anyone tried walking wings? That's what I was considering trying.
