Sleeping longer at night

My 11 week old baby has not slept longer than 3 hours at a time (which is perfectly fine I know many babies take a LONG time to sleep through the night) but I am returning to work next week and wondering if anyone has any tips or anything that worked for them to prolong sleep a few hours...thanks!!
