My partner works away with a roster of 2 weeks on, 1 week off. However it's not fixed so there are times he works longer.

We try to video call or just call as much as we can so our baby girl can recognise his voice. Though sometimes we can't because he's very exhausted to talk considering he works 12-13 hours a day.

She's now 4 months and seem to be very picky on who handles her. She knows if it's a common face or a stranger.

My partner just came home yesterday and she wouldn't stop crying when he holds her, so she just eventually goes back to me. 😪 I can see it frustrates and saddens him.

So i guess my question is how can I make her remember him? Or know him? Or should I just give her time & let her cry it out in his arms?
