I practically live in the gym though . I’m a competitive power lifter and a future Team USA prospect . 🏋🏽‍♀️ do you work out often ?

I used to work out 6 days a week. But I just lost motivation. I really wanna get back in the swing of things but I still just lack motivation. 😔
