How should I thank my neighbors?

I don't really know them too well but they put this basket on our doorstep while we were out. Should I buy them something?

Don't buy them anything. They had surplus and are passing it on. Just be nice neighbors and maybe give them a thank you card! Or day thank you in person the next time you see them.

with my neighbors one day theyll bring us goodies when they can and we do the same normally around christmas we make goodies for our neighbors and they love it it's kinda like a Christmas tradition we started
