Sophia Rose!🌹

My water broke Monday at 8:30, got to the hospital around 11 after I took a shower and got everything together. They checked the fluid and my cervix had only dilated 1 cm so they started me on pitocin around 12:30 and felt contractions by 1! Held out until 4 to get the epidural and had only dilated to a 4 at this time. Around 7:30 they checked again when I told them i felt pressure and I was ready to start pushing. Only had to push for about 30 minutes and BAM 8:16 our little Sophia is born 5 days overdue! Labor was not what I expected at all!
