I have 4 positive home pregnancy tests but went to the Dr and they said my urine pregnancy test was negative and the blood was positive Sunday.  went back to the Dr today and the urine test was negative so they're redoing my blood work. any explanations?

Answer

Based on what I’ve read previously, there are numerous hormones that can be looked for during pregnancy and the urine tests only look for one which can be inaccurate in some women. Not sure what the factual evidence is behind that and where I found it (I read this a month + ago) but I wouldn’t be discouraged or stressed. Also ask your doctor/nurse their opinion when you get the bloodwork results. Good luck!
