so my dog is potty trained and hardly ever goes in the house. she hasn't had an accident in a while and shes 11 months old. today I was laying in bed and my foot something cold and wet. it was pee!! she has NEVER peed in our bed and she usually sleeps with us too. is this just a housetraining regression? and why the bed? ugh so gross! we have a memory foam mattress. how do I get the pee out? I sprinkled some baking soda on it so hopefully it will absorb..

ps shes a girl, she is fixed and shes a yorkie.
