Hi ladies! So I’m new to having sex and I honestly feel like I need to take a pregnancy test to calm myself down. I had sex for the first time about three weeks ago but I only get my period once every three months because of my birth control. I’m not due for my period until September.

Would a pregnancy test be accurate if I took one in the next day or so? Or do I need to wait until my period is supposed to come?

I can’t even tell if I’m having pregnancy symptoms. I’m super stressed with work and college and my birth control has given me issues in the past, but I’d just like to rule out pregnancy ASAP.

Is it too early? Should I wait until September? Or would it be accurate now?
