Has anyone saved your marriage that you thought was impossible to save? If so how?

In my case there was never any affairs. Most of it were just trust issues. Ideas played in our head. And time that wasn’t used properly. Maybe if I go into detail y’all can understand but it caused a huge separation. And now we are talking about if it’s best to divorce. This is all so painful but I would want to know if any of you have gone through it and managed to save your marriage and if you did what were things that you did in order to make it work.
