I never wear makeup bc I have not practiced and my eye is wrinkly if that makes sense so I think everything looks bad. I also have a medium hood over my eyes. Im a sophomore and im thinking about something quick i could wear besides mascara. So what are your fave eye liner and brow products? Pref less than $20 :)
