Birthing Ball Size?
I have heard a birthing ball is nice to have, but I am not sure what size to get. I am 5’6”.l and weigh around 160 at 35 weeks. According to the charts, it says I should get a 65 cm, but the birthing class we were all told to get a 75 cm ball. Any advice or suggestions? Thank you!
