Pain in boob?

Question

This might sound really weird and I’m hoping it’s normal but I’m 18 weeks and 1 day and I’m having a stinging feeling in my nipple. It comes and goes but when it comes it’s really uncomfortable. It’s mostly my left side. But has anyone else felt this way before? I’m hoping it’s completely normal??

I’m 18+3 today and I am getting the same thing! It’s like a massive needle is being pushed into my nipple for a few seconds then it’s gone. Happens mostly on the left but sometime soon the right too. 
I read somewhere it is the nerves connecting the milk ducts! Xx

That happened to me and I assumed it was just apart of the breast changes my body was going through to prepare to breast feed but if it’s consistent (like days and days and days) or gets too painful you could mention it to your Dr and see what they think
