Worry Wart?

I got an IUD, and unfortunately it expelled. So I tried for round two, and in hopes that it would work. My chances aren’t so high in that, but I’m staying optimistic. I recently got my IUD inserted two days ago, and today I went to the ER because my symptoms of it expelling (I got this weird sensation of it trying to push its way out) were there. However, after going to the ER I learned that according to the doctor that it’s still intact. The doctor just opened me up, and saw the string was still on my cervix. I can’t help but feel this pushing down sensation, and the doctor didn’t do an ultrasound to see if it was actually in place. I’m not sure if I’m paranoid, or if this is something to be concerned about.
