it's very tempting on days that she simply will not tolerate me fixing her hair

I usually try to slick it out of the way after meals wth a wet washcloth and whatever kind of food she added 🙄

Sometimes I just do a "make it work" quick pony or bun 🤷

hopefully it'll keep growing at this rate and it'll be out of her way by her 2nd birthday. I've also been trying to show her how to push her hair out of her face by herself too.

My daughter’s bangs grew out when she was six months old and now they are as long as the rest of her hair.  I want to cut them but then also don’t want to grow them out again.  Her little baby hairs are getting long too.

urg bangs are the worst... gotta keep cutting them all the time... easier to do little ponytails and train the hair... long term success lol... (have a 7yo step daughter that got bangs at 3yo and it's been miserable ever sense... she hates them and they are a pain to grow back out past the annoying stage) I'm having a little girl this time around and we're not cutting her hair at all until she says she wants it cut lol (also not cutting my 18mo boys hair until he says so lol)
