Who delivered prematurely??

Hi ladies, do you mind sharing your story about a premature birth before 38 weeks? I’m 33 weeks, 2 cm dilated and 50% effaced and I’m freaking out a little. I know it’s not too bad of a time to deliver and that I could still make it to term, but if anyone wouldn’t mind sharing for positive thoughts?? This is my second pregnancy

I made it to 100% and 3 CM dialated with my second and still had to be induced at 40 weeks.

I had my son at 30 weeks. He had tried to come at 28 but the hospital stopped it but as soon as I went home, I went into labor the next day. He was born 4 pounds and was in the hospital for 31 days but now he’s a 6foot y’all football player and healthy as can be :)

I didn’t go into labor, but I had to have a c-section at 36 weeks with my second baby due to placenta previa and low amniotic fluid. He was 6lbs 6oz and healthy as can be. He’s 12 now and still healthy and strong.

My water ruptured at 33 weeks. We managed to hold off inducing until 34 weeks so I could get steroids for his lungs to develop and antibiotics to prevent infection. He was just under 5 lbs and breathing on his own. He spent about 12 hours under the heat lamps but started regulating his temp on his own. We did have to do the lights for jaundice and struggled with some feeding issues so he was in the NICU for 8 days before coming home. He’ll be 2 in a couple weeks and he’s huge now. 30 lbs and 35” tall

I started dilating at 31 weeks and didn’t deliver until 39 weeks. Just because you’re dilated doesn’t mean labor is near

My first came at 37weeks and perfectly healthy no NICU time, she is a healthy one year old! My second came at 35 weeks, no idea why I went into labor, but she was ready I guess. She spent 8 days in NICU because of her oxygen levels and had to be in a feeding tube for a while. She’s 7 weeks old now and doing great!

i delivered at 36+1 due to complete loss of amniotic fluid. my babe spent a week in the nicu due to a hole in his lung. hes now a happy a healthy 4 month old!

I had my first child at 34 weeks. my water just broke. she weighed 4lbs 7oz and had to be in the NICU for two weeks she couldn't breathe on her own and had to have a feeding tube. She also has mild cerebral palsy.  she is 9 now and still has health issues especially with gaining weight.  I had my second at 38 weeks and I was 2cm dilated with her a few weeks before I had her and she weighed 6lbs 9.6oz and was healthy and I'm expecting my third now and I've been dilated since 28 weeks and I get a shot weekly called progesterone to help keep me from going into early labor.  I'm 33 weeks and I've been put on bed rest 3 times already.  I'm hoping he at least waits til I'm 36 or 37 weeks to come.
