My almost 1 month old baby will eat anywhere from 3-6oz of formula in a feeding. He just started doing this this week. Before he would eat 3oz and be perfectly happy. Now if I try to give him 3oz most of the time he will cry and root until I give him more. I’ll give him an extra oz at a time until he’s happy, very rarely make it to 6oz, but he has done it, he’s usually done after 4 or 5oz. He still only sleeps or waits 3 hours in between each feeding, the more he eats doesn’t make him sleep any longer. I’m just worried I’m over feeding him, but he acts like he’s starving and I don’t like to hear him cry like that.
