Taking the pill in a different time zone?

Ok so I’ve only just recently gone on the pill for the first time and I literally started on Tuesday this week (it’s Friday rn). I’m going to America on Tuesday the 7th and I live in the uk. So the time difference is 5 hours. I take my pill at 8pm every night, so does that mean I’ll have to take is at 3pm when I’m in America as it would be 8pm at home? I’m so confused as to how this works!!
