39+5 and no effacement or dilatation
I’m trying everything I can to get ready for labor and nothing is working! I’ve been checked two days in a row to attempt sweeps but my cervix is closed and posterior. We have IUGR so they don’t want us to go past our due date and have booked us for an induction on Monday. I’m so scared of induction, especially as my body isn’t ready yet for labor. I only hear bad stories of induction, does anyone have good ones??
