False pregnancy?

Im kind of nervous since my bf and i had intercourse (with a condom) about a week ago, and ive been feeling really sick in the morning, and have been spotting with lower back pain. Ive been REALLY stressed out recently as well. I was wondering if this has happened to anyone else, or if i should worry?

Honestly I do this all the time and have been diagnosed with phantom pregnancies! I have anxiety and i can think myself into literally anything! Honestly if I think myself into something I will genuinely believe that it happened and I would pass a lie detector test! The body is a crazy strange things that is capable of stuff we still don't know! You're definitely overthinking it because it's too early to show symptoms yet. Join the club!😂😂

You’re probably just over thinking it! It’s much too early for symptoms at this stage, however if you really feel a change in your body, I believe pregnancy tests work after a week or two! :)

You wouldnt feel anything this soon. Its only been a week. So its all in your head, most likely. And the stress will put off your period, so that could end up being late from stress. But i would say test the first day of your missed period.
