Possible twins? Levels? Symptoms?

I have been spotting since 4dpo brown and pink . I did take clomid to conceive i have an inclination that im having twins. i have had a pulling and pinch pain in my hip areas on both sides . No sickness. But EXTREME hunger. I know they say you cant go off of your hcg levels . But 11/12 dpo there were 66.8 12/14 dpo 308 and 16/17 dpo 1748 which seems high from what i read. I just want to compare.

I think my levels were at 7000 at around 21 dpo but that’s the only time I had them tested. apparently due to the huge variations in hcg levels, they’re not a really good indicator of multiples. I didn’t have many early symptoms but certainly got the extreme hunger sometime during the second trimester. 
I’d just wait and see and not have too many expectations. Best of luck with your pregnancy.

These were my hcg levels:
12 DPO 78
14 DPO 252
21 DPO 7914
I had no symptoms really until about 6 weeks when I started getting sick and certainly never even thought I’d be having twins. Good luck with your pregnancy!

Mine was much higher than that. I was at 400 at 11dpo and then 1300 at 15dpo, so more than tripling.
