Since Monday I’ve had a dull ache in what feels like the middle of my spine (guessing it’s not actually that) , I’m only 15, and don’t normally get aches and pains. The pain in my neck is absolutely unbearable right now, I have a headache along with it and have also been really nauseous (wreching over the toilet). I’ve tried heat, ice, the strongest pain meds and anti-inflammatories I have. Please can someone suggest something I’m desperate I haven’t slept properly in 5 days and when I do manage to have a quick nap the pain wakes me right back up- surely this isn’t normal for someone of my age! Please any advice would be appreciated 🙏🏻 x
